Customers must notify BeSpelled by Fae of a return within 5 days of receiving the item. BeSpelled will notify the supplier and provide the return shipping address to the customer.  The returned item must be received by the supplier within 14 days of the return notification. Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns or refunds for damaged or defective items are covered, provided notification is made to BeSpelled within 5 days of delivery.
