Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your consultation without penalty. On-Time Reschedule or cancellation (24+ hours): When you reschedule, your Full Pre-Paid Gross Amount will be applied to the new appointment date. If you choose to cancel, the full amount will be converted into a Store Credit that can be used to purchase any other products/services. Monetary refunds are not offered for package cancellations. Late Modification (Less than 24 hours): A penalty fee of $25.00 will be retained from your Full Pre-Paid Gross Amount. The remainder of the funds will be issued as a Store Credit for future use. No-Show Policy No-Show Forfeiture: If you fail to show up for your consultation without prior notice, 75% of the Full Pre-Paid Gross Amount will be retained and is non-refundable. The remaining 25% balance will be issued as a Store Credit for future use. This covers the complete loss of your reserved time slot and the initiation of preparation for your custom formulation.
