Why Refill? Refilling helps reduce packaging waste and lower our collective carbon footprint, offering a sustainable and more affordable option for everyone. Plus, we throw in some free samples. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR REFILL: 2oz Beard Oil or Body Oil All sizes of Fragrances (glass bottles; body sprays do not qualify) 1 oz Facial Oil or Massage Oils (including Comfort and Soothe) Preparation - To ensure the safety and quality of your product and to maintain our appointment schedule, the following is required: - Refills are available for original BeSpelled by Fae packaging with the product label clearly visible, for the same product that was previously purchased. - Bottles must be free from damage; cracked or leaking bottles will need to be replaced and will not qualify for this offer. Bottles should be clean and fully dry (to avoid contamination of the new product) before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule: A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your refill appointment. If you provide more than 48 hours notice (On-Time Modification): Your full pre-paid amount will be applied directly to your newly scheduled appointment, or converted into a Store Credit that can be used toward any future purchase. If you choose not to reschedule at this time, please notify us at info@bespelledbyfae.com so that we can arrange for your store credit. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice (Late Cancellation/Reschedule): A $5.00 fee will be deducted from your pre-paid amount. The remaining balance (if any) will be issued as a Store Credit. _______________________________________________________ No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice (a "No-Show"), the entire pre-paid amount for the scheduled refill will be retained and is non-refundable. This covers the cost of the products prepared for you and the lost time slot. Repeated No-Shows: After two No-Shows, we reserve the right to decline future online bookings.
